Classic beige, navy or army green, a wrap coat is an investment you can never regret, an essential item that goes with every look. Given that it's winter sales time and that there is always room for one more coat in my wardrobe, this post was almost compulsory.

There's no denying that this piece adds an elegant touch to any outfit.

Here are some of my current crushes:

1. Monarque Deluxe Coat from Zadig et Voltaire / 2. Long Oversized Coat
from Zara / 3. Wool-blend bouclé coat from James Perse / 4. Military Piped Coat from Zara

2017 resolutions have arrived ! Drum roll please

. . .

More H2o
One of my face's main features has always been dark circles under the eyes. Apparently, dehydration intensifies them and therefore I will try to drink way more this coming year. 1L a day to be precise.

Tie the apron
I have always been more of an eater than a cook but with time, I have managed to take some basic recipes of my sleeves. I believe it's time for something new, something more elaborated. I do not intend to become a MasterChef but I hope 2017 will bring me some inspiration in the kitchen.

Just do it
Every year, the "sport" resolution appears and every year it is the first to expire. After all this time, I have learned that buying new sport bras, downloading the "Eye of the Tiger" song or using Victoria Secret's models as phone wallpaper won't make me fit. Instead, I am now going to focus on realistic expectations and just do it.

Feed the mind
At night, I usually succumb to the habit of watching "only one more episode". Obviously, this implies that there are several more episodes and day after day I wake up regretting my bedtime routine. This christmas holidays I have accustomed myself to reading in bed and it has really helped me get into a more restful state of mind so I hope to maintain this new pattern as long as possible.

Fasten your seatbelt
This is kind of embarrassing but I stil do not have my driver licence. Since my theoretical test is about to expire, I really should check that out of my to do list as soon as possible ... Fasten your seatbelt and get off the sideway because Ines is going to step on the brakes !

Blog once a week
This one is going to be a bit difficult because I hardly find the time to write... Hopefully I will manage to create more varied posts so that C&T's content gets increased. I am already thinking of posting a book list to support my reading resolution.
Stay posted.

Will I be able to commit the whole year? Maybe not... But let's say it's the intention that counts !
