Being alone can be tricky for some and easier for others.
I am that second kind of person.

Personally, I believe that finding the right balance between being in company and being by ourselves is essential in order to reflect, be more productive and appreciate our relationships.
These past months in Paris have been a back and forth between work, diners, parties. Still, I have managed to sacrifice some meetings, say stop and evade.

Letting go, lying in bed binge watching Sex And The City, reading magazines, strolling around Paris and simply admiring the city, buying flowers, drinking a good glass of wine while cooking or simply ordering some sushi, taking a long hot bath while listening a nice playlist... these are a few of my favorite things.

This time of the year brings us back to a routine. September signals the return of regular patterns and also of new decisions and resolutions. These should include skin care !! After the sun-exposure season, it is important to know what are the products that you need in order to start a fresh and clean new academic year.

Here is my personal wish list:

1. Cuir Obscure fragrance from Byredo / 2. Parsley Seed serum from Aesop / 3. Christophe Robin's chamomille shampoo / 4. Tinted moisturiser from Aveda / 5. Twarden lip balm from Jack Wills / 6. Face Therapy cream from Perricone MD / 7. Glow mask from Herbivore Botanicals / 8. Blanc Gardenia Emulsion from Chantecaille /9. Purifying cleanser from Aesop.

It's been a while now since I've moved to Paris and every morning, when I walk across the Faubourg Saint Honoré Gucci boutique, I see him. He looks at me, I look at him. I think it's love at first sight.

Today I've decided to take the lead and finally get him, my Dionysus bag. I am so thrilled !!

Because lets face it, black suede leather + Alessandro Michele's design, how could a girl not be happy?

Shirt - Jaleo HK

With Fashion Week approaching, this past few days working have been quite a rush. Therefore, I've decided that a morning break at "Le Village" would do me good. To me, this little pedestrian passage is one of the the best kept secrets of the 8ème arrondissement. Like most of the Costes, the restaurant has a concise menu but great quality products (and bread)... Well, c'est Paris!

More parisian recommendations  to come...
